The lady who answered the phone was very polite and worked me in their schedule as soon as she could. Lance showed up and was polite, professional, and very efficient. They made the whole thing a breeze and now I just wish I had called sooner. I would recommend Braxton Britt Plumbing to my friends and family.

Both Jack & Jill sinks were clogged in my guest bathroom. I contacted Braxton Britt & they came the next day at my request. I was very satisfied with Shane & Su. They were prompt, knowledgeable, professional, & most of all caring! Shane & Su had both sinks unclogged in no time. By the way, the price was very reasonable. I could hardly believe it. One plumbing business wanted to charge $1,400! Smh In conclusion, I highly recommend Braxton Britt for your plumbing needs. I know I will be contacting them again in the future for my plumbing needs!

Had a bad experience. Poor communication. Frustrating. Didn't help me really get to the bottom of my problem and solve it.

My neighbor had her hot water replaced at $620 a year ago. I called to have mine replaced $1550..same size, same repairman ( which the repair guy was excellent, courteous, knowledgeable, just superior) Looked up cost of water heater $499 at Lowe's...so Labor cost are $1051..but Mr Earl Williams said it is their standard price..I guess the standard price for gauging during the " Inflation"....means more than customer retention....Bye,Bye Braxton Britt.
