Emerson did an incredible job installing hardwood floors in my condo. I couldn't be happier with the service! He was kind, knowledgeable, efficient, responsive, professional, and affordable. I had badly damaged, cheap bamboo floors and needed to replace them to get ready to sell my place. Emerson started work this Monday and completed it today, Wednesday, by noon. It was incredible! They ripped out 854 square feet of old flooring and installed beautiful new floors in 2.5 days. He even did underneath the appliances. Best of all, unlike most contractors, Brazilian Floors is based right in DC, so Emerson was able to stop by on short notice to bring by samples to choose from and discuss the quote. I highly recommend this company and will definitely do business with them again.

DO NOT do business with this company. They present themselves as professional however they do not honor their contract or their work. Initially, I thought they’d done a good job. Four months later floors began to fade. Michael Maravilla was the Sales Rep. he’s come back out and even sent a tech out. I have been waiting for two months for them to rectify the issue. Micheal will not answer my calls or return my text message. I spoke with Andrea Cartagena three weeks ago. She promised me that Michael’s Manager would return my call by the end of the day. That never happened. I’ve called Andrea several times since, no answer. I called the office and asked the operator to be connected to Michael’s Manager, conveniently the line got disconnected.
