BRD did a spectacular job at solving my pest issue with the cockroaches, and all the different types of bugs I had. I’ve had different pest control services in the past but never really did the job that they swore they would take care of. BRD got straight to it and my family and I saw results at a rapid pace. Great people with an even better price. Would recommend to others.

I am nearing the end of a 1 year contract with BRD Pest Solutions, I no longer need their services but did not have any complaints about the work they did around my home. Their salesperson came to my door last spring and set me up for an initial visit for a super discounted price. From there I was contracted over the next year. The contract contains an early cancellation clause. They do not tell you this during the pitch. Ask questions. Ask to see the contract before signing. When a business does their work on a contracted time period it's not uncommon for them to try and recoup a portion of expected revenue on contracts that are cancelled early. Do I love it? BRD did a glorious job! The super cute representative Drey😉 was very knowledgeable and friendly!! I showed him my gutter and its hornet nests, and he cleaned my gutters so good!! He was quick, but thorough, hitting every nook and cranny!! Bugz be gone, RIGHT!! HAHAHA

I’m on round 4 of spraying for pests (mostly bugs) and so far there has been a notable decrease. We had a huge infestation of black widows this year which is what spurred this whole thing. Now I’m not really one for door to door sales, in fact the leave me rather peeved. However when BRD came knocking I was pleasantly surprised. Crew Crimson was our initial contact and he was truly knowledgeable. I picked his brain about the services offered, success rate, pricing, contracts etc. there wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer. As someone who enjoys competency that was a huge plus. So I signed up and so far it’s been great. I know that technically I can go out and buy the same product and spray it myself, but at the end of the day my time and the product cost about the same as having BRD come d

BRD customer service was great. We received a few treatments from them this past year and it did great with the spiders in our garage and hardly any wasps nest away from our toddler. They missed an appointment twice but gave a us credit and sprayed our basement as compensation.
