Breathe Free Duct Cleaning

From Noah coming out and giving me a quote to Dillon and Tyler cleaning the ducts, I give them 5 stars. I love that I got a message with their location, names of the technicians and description of the vehicle! They did an amazing job. The only suggestion I have would be to maybe explain a few more things prior to the service. I didn’t know holes would be drilled in the furnace/dryer vent or the reason why and then patched up. I also had white rugs in my bathroom that got quite dirty from the large hose. I had no idea what this process entailed and would have removed them had I known. Would I recommend this company? Absolutely!! I would also love to see my before and after pictures!

Great communication, on time for the estimate and getting here to do the job. Took less time than quoted. Happy with the service. Their cleanup was horrible. Piles of dirt and debris left all over the house. I don’t think they even went back to the basement to clean up.

Wonderful company to work with. Professional with special attention to detail. We had been in our home for 20 years and it was long overdue to do this. The pictures of the ductwork was nice. Before and after photos. They even pointed out a problem with furnace which we immediately took care of. Noah was the rep and he was great to work with. Use Breathe Free with total confidence.

Tyler and Dillon arrived ready to clean ! They worked well together and cleaned our ducts methodically and timely. At the end of the job the duct covers were installed misaligned and the work area was not cleaned to our satisfaction. Tyler did sweep up in large areas before leaving. The invoice email, after the job, contained duct pictures of the job performed. We appreciate the care taken of our home while they worked. Tyler and Dillon are fine young men and stay focused while they work - they could benefit from customer service experience/training and attention to details, to better serve this company ! I will be open to discussing my comments with Noah Honeywell or any other company manager.

Breathe Free did a great job at our house. A noticeable difference in the air quality and our breathing after only a few days. They are professional....don't waste time....communicate and got the job done in a timely fashion. I like the little things they did too like making sure there were corner protectors in and around our hallways.. I 100% would recommend Breathe Free Duct Cleaning
