Griffiths Mechanical

Our heat was out ,and the technician was here within two hours. Very professional and cleaned up after themselves. We have used Griffiths Mechanical since we moved here six years ago. We also bought a new heat pump from them two years ago. Very pleased with the whole team!!!

I’ve never dealt with this company in the past, but had the pleasure of dealing with them this past week for a furnace issue. They were fast to call me back and set up a time to come take a look and we’re great on the communication end of things as well. I will definitely be using them for all my needs in the future.

Good final product, but less than ideal communication, process, and pricing. - System is now up and running and looks good...but - Poor upfront communication about pricing - Had to fix the pipe 2x - Wasted time back to the office for parts TWICE, which could've been avoided both times - Thankfully waived the diagnostic charge (fixed cost for coming out) for their lack of communication (otherwise would've been a 2 star review) - Yet, didn't respond to my email about the other issue of an unnecessary hour of wasted labor they still charged me for (otherwise would've been a 4 star review) Details: Our boiler system and copper piping was replaced by Griffith's Mechanical about 8 years ago. Bryan showed up on time, was very friendly and quickly diagnosed the issue with my furnace. He was very thorough while completing a full tune up on my furnace. I would highly recommend Griffth Mechanical when it comes to servicing your heating system.

First time ever using this company. Had a bit of a complicated fix on a boiler furnace in my basement. Brian did a super job and actually found an issue that I didn't even know about that was about to cause the boiler to fail. And I thought the bill was to LOW. Highly recommend.
