First of all I would like to say that they were very helpful and quick to make appointments and to come to the house on a very bad and rough weather day. I get it that he had to set up on a very frigid and snowfilled day. However only part of the tank was accessed so it wasn't completely pumped out plus it didn't really solve the problems that we were having so I had to have another company come in and finish the job. Now I get that the weather was bad but you could of at least made an appointment to come back at a later time when the weather was better. Then when I call to complain they will not return my calls. They want paid for a full pump out while only doing half a job.

Echoing many of the other reviews - great service. The company is absolutely not trying to pull one over on customers, but to be a good business partner and service provider. The tech diagnosed a difficult problem and made a good plan to fix it at reasonable price.

Easy to contact and set up appointment. Was able to get us in quickly. Showed up on time and happily answered questions while draining the tank. Very nice. Will use them when our tank needs serviced again.

Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I am buying a home, we had no idea where the septic tank was, he found it with in 5 minuets. I appreciate he took the time to look and didn't charge me extra to find it the other way with a magnet. I am glad I reached out to La Pew and will use them when I need my tank cleaned again. Thank you for being prompt and friendly!

They were prompt and excellent people to do business with, scale 1 to 10 I give them a 11. Job well done.
