We called Breda after a home inspection revealed we had rats in our attic. From start to finish the process was super easy and everyone we spoke to was great. Chris C came out to our house to do a free inspection and he took time to explain everything to us in a way we could understand. He helped lay out options and gave his opinion on how he would do it. He didn’t try to pressure us into anything which I really appreciated, and ultimately made us feel comfortable and confident that Breda could manage the issues we have.

Chris C had an appointment with me for noon today. He contacted me early this morning asking if I would be available for an earlier appointment. He was very detailed in his explanation of the services Breda has to offer. I currently have the bait stations that came with the house at the time of purchase. I have been doing research on what the best termite protection is and the winner is the liquid application.
