Juan is awesome ! Came out for fall winter maintenance check. Everything was great! He’s always so nice and answers any questions. Will see him for spring/summer maintenance check in a few months! We have a maintenance program with Breeze Air it’s the way to go. I wanted to add this to my review , The girls in the office when you call are also very pleasant. They are so helpful and will take care of anything you need. Carmina schedules appts. and will work around your time and day that works with you! Breeze Air I highly recommend. I am sorry my review is so long! 😀

Abe is a true craftsman, he was sent to us for an estimate and he wasn’t a typical sales guy. Talking to him for 5 minutes gave us a comfort knowing that this Kat knows his stuff, wasn’t pushy or guessing at what component does what. He was precise, knowledgeable and on time. We are in a commercial building with multiple units. We have had many estimates. He was the first one who was actually a technician, and understands how commercial HVAC equipment works.

Karla and Rene were terrific. They were flexible and efficient. I needed them to service the AC, not the heating that the work order called for. They called the office and got the change made. The work was done well and quickly. Excellent customer service.
