Brennan Pool Care

Went out of town & my neighbors said my pool turned green. I called Daniel for the 1st time & he came out the next day & my pool was blue within a few days!! He's amazing!! Daniel kept me informed with phone & text calls. He is very nice and reasonable. I will highly recommend him to care for your pool!

Daniel was awesome! He was polite, understanding, and very knowledgeable. He cleaned the filter and suggested other ways to take care of my pool - without trying to oversell anything, and even showed me some things I could do myself. He gave plenty of options on fixing my saltwater chlorinator and water leveler, without creating fear or urgency to do it right now (that sinking feeling of "oh-no") - which I have experienced from other Pool companies. They've earned my business and if you need your filter cleaned or other maintenance help, they won't disappoint you.

Absolutely phenomenal! They responded to our initial inquiry on their website within an hour and were at our house the next day. Daniel educated us about our pool and gave us recommendations on every aspect of our setup from the pump, to the water feature, and to the pool itself. We never felt at any point that they were trying to take advantage of us or overcharge us for the work being done. They went above and beyond to help us and they'll be our first call if we have any other issues.

Should have been 0 stars. Set appointment for 10/10/25 at 10 am. Never showed never called. I’ve owned businesses before and a simple call is all it takes to not get a review like this.Basically heard nothing from this business. Will never do any business with this company ever!!!! 0 stars!!!!

Unfortunate having to write this, spent a little over 600 dollars to Have some parts replaced and leaks repaired. Everything went good until 3 days after the parts were replaced, after that there were a couple leaks noted coming from the new part, it was under warranty. Called Brennan pool care to notify them that it was leaking, I was informed that he would be out on a Thursday, was a no call no show. Called me back the next day and said he'll be out and again, a no call, no show. Brennan pool care left me hanging 4 times with a no call, no show. Pool was still leaking a month later.
