They were able to get a hold of the next available plumber to go look at the problem that day! The plumber called me and explained that my water heater might be under warranty. I first thought that warranties are a waste of time, but the plumber assured me that it was easy. He wanted to see if he can save me money. Wow! What great service! I called the company and sure enough the water heater was under warranty. I didn't have to buy a new water heater! They scheduled the replacement two days later! All

We've had Rescue Plumbing out twice, once for a toilet leaking and this week out for the washer faucet. Both jobs were nightmares and required much more work than anticipated.
