We had an excellent experience with this sewer cleaning company. Even though it was Valentine’s Day, the owner answered the phone within two minutes of our call. He immediately sent his workers, and shortly after, he personally came to make sure everything was handled properly. The problem was resolved very quickly, professionally, and with high quality. We truly appreciate the fast response, responsibility, and attention to detail. It is a pleasure to work with someone so dedicated and reliable. We highly recommend this company to everyone!

Called Brett in a panic after the first plumbing company we called came out, charged us to say that the sewage pipe was broken (root damage) and blocked and we needed someone with an excavator and camera. Brett sent someone over within like 2 hours of our call, figured out where the pipe access point was outside (which the other plumber said didn’t exist) and then snaked it, cleared the pipe (got the plumbing working again) and confirmed no damage to the sewage pipe . All done quickly, professionally for an extremely fair price. He was recommended by a friend and i will never use another plumber as long as he’s in business. Highly recommend!!

I was debating whether to give 4 or 5 stars, but ultimately decided on 5 stars because of the unique situation I put Brett in. Read below for more details. I had already moved out but needed a sewer scan for use and occupancy in Lower Southampton Township (implemented in 2022). Brett was one of the local plumbers recommended by the township, so I contacted him. Since I was not in the area, there was a minor case of miscommunication that could have cost me an extra $200. However, this was resolved through a solution that Brett provided. The sewer cleanouts within the house were unable to provide a good scope all the way to the main line due to turns and incorrectly positioned T's from past renovations. I hired Brett Sabol Plumbing LLC for a required sewer lateral inspection, and the experience was deeply concerning. Their technician incorrectly marked where the sewer pipe “stopped,” claimed my home had no clean-out, and then sent a $3,405 estimate to excavate and install one. Warminster Township later confirmed—using the original 1988 sewer drawings—that a clean-out DOES exist about 10 feet from the house. I hired Express Drain LLC, who found it immediately with proper locating equipment and completed the video inspection successfully with no issues at all. Would not recommend this company initial charge was over $700. and the job was never fully completed because they did not have the parts. Notified Mr Sabol and he then sent out two young guys who didn’t know what they were doing and when they finally figured it out I was charged another $245. DO NOT USE !
