We shut off the main water valve and called for help. Although they couldn’t make it the first night, they kept in touch and let us know they’d be there the next day. The supervisor came by to check things out and gave us a fair quote. About 14 hours after we turned off the water, Samuel, the plumber, arrived. He worked hard for several hours and made sure we had running water before leaving for the night. The next day, he returned and finished the job. their plumbing skills are really impressive. there's something else about this company i'd like to mention. several years ago, we had a boiler put in by them at our home in mt vernon. instead of just installing a regular boiler, they went the extra mile and added a thoughtful set of shut-off valves, making future maintenance much simpler for us. recently, i noticed the pressure valve was leaking and called them up. not only did they remember who we were, but they also showed real concern for our situation and sent jonah over to help us out, even after regular work hours. my wife and i both have disabilities, so their kindness and quick response meant a lot. this really shows the honest character and care that this plumbing team brings to their work.
