Brian's Septic Pumping

Brian was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He did a wonderful job and in a timely manner. He even took extra time to mark off where my septic tank was because I honestly had no idea! I was unable to be home while he was there, so he sent multiple pictures and kept me updated the entire time. He is tech savvy and was able to provide digital as well as paper copies of the completed work. I definitely picked the right guy for the job, thanks again Brian!

We had an emergency septic back up where we had septic waste flowing into the house. It was 545pm when I called and Brian was at our house 20 mins later. I genuinely cannot emphasize enough how an amazing of a job he did on everything. The septic was over flowing, the pipe was clogged with grease, and the lid had just a tiny whole cut in the concrete so we couldn’t even access the pipe. Brian diagnosed the problem, located the septic, dug it out, pumped about 1000 gallons out of the septic, cut the concrete lid, fixed the clog, and put a new lid on. I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars because Brian really came through when we needed it most. Also the pricing was beyond fair

Brian and Todd came to my home for what I thought would be a routine septic tank pumping. I had only bought my house a couple of years ago and didn’t realize the tank had apparently never been pumped. It ended up being a much bigger job than any of us expected, they had to dig about six feet to access it. Brian and Todd were incredibly patient, professional, and understanding throughout the whole process. They did a fantastic job pumping the tank and also installed risers so we’ll never have to deal with digging it out again. Everything looks great and their pricing was very fair. I will absolutely use Brian’s Septic Pumping again and highly recommend them!
