Ferguson's Well And Pump LLC

Called them today due to a well issue. Let me tell you, they were here within 20 minutes, installed a new pressure tank and switch and done in about an hour. Fantastic job and I would highly recommend.

Came out the same day that I called, helped me problem-solve beyond what was in their job description, and made sure everything was working great before they left. Super knowledgeable, helpful and professional! Will recommend you to anyone who needs help with their well!

We have done business with the Ferguson family for years. When lightning hit our well they came out quickly, and we had water back by the afternoon. Great service! Nice people!

I would like to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to this company ! Thank you for all you did for the Asheville , Hendersonville , Swannanoa , Black mountain, Weaverville and Canton and so much more community’s during Hurricane Helen . You guys kept the driveway open to anyone and everyone with water needs. Everyday I would come by 5-10 times to fill up 500 gallons of water with no issues , no questions about where the water was going to. You just turned the pump on and ran it till it over heated (happened once). 20-30 cars lined up after 5pm and still you guys had all of us filling up late into the night . You guys came in early and left home late with your own family at home in a time of need. The list goes on and on…. I would and will recommend anyone in need of Ferguson’s Well and Pump LLC servi

I do not recommend this business. It took them over 7 months to complete the new well on my property. Their first estimate was that it would take a few months to get my well dug. However, they kept delaying for bad weather. But every time the weather was nice, they were too busy to make it out to my property. They kept stringing me along saying they'd get it done soon. This was very frustrating as I could have hired another company in all this time. They finally got the well dug after 7 months. However, they dug over 400 feet deep when I literally have 2 springs bubbling out of the ground within 100 feet of the well. The only reason I see why they dug so deep was to charge me more money. Lastly, I told them more than once to not leave a well cover because I would cover it myself.
