We were without water for three days. Two other companies came but couldn’t fix our problem. Ferguson’s Well Drilling responded quickly and had our water back on within an hour. We are so grateful. Highly recommend!

I appreciated the way they put me on the calendar for drilling almost immediate after my inquiry. I had been waiting for a long time with no follow through from a competitor that I know was having trouble- and this is not to disparage them. After waiting so long, it was nice to have immediate gratification. He even was playful, asking for a guess as to the depth. Lucky me, it was just 400’. Also, I was high maintenance for a minute and needed to cancel a payment and be re-invoiced. They did so immediately and effectively. Ferguson Well is spot on.

Woke up to no water, called they were out in less than an hour. Checked out everything inside and out and with no pressure suggested since pump was 23 years old might be a good idea to replace. When they pulled up the pipes found wire was cracked in many places and replaced that also. Men were pleasant, answered many questions, would highly recommend this company. Thought the price was reasonable.

Been using Ferguson's Well for 18 years. Finally well pump wore out, 18 years. Figured out well not working at 3:11am. Tried to fix myself, changed breaker and pressure switch. Problem was in the well. Called about 8AM, showed about 10AM, left at 1PM with well/pump fixed. Two guys and a well truck, did excellent job. I stood watching and asked a number of questions. They answered and I learned a few things about wells. I recommend them for your well needs. May not happen every time but, I had same day service.

We just bought our new home a couple of months ago and had no experience using a well as our water source. Our well water flow went to half this Monday around noon, then it just got worse to the point of no flow at all. I called the phone number of Ferguson Well Drilling at 8:45PM, not really expecting anyone to answer the phone that late. But Joe Ferguson himself answered the phone, listened to my situation, asked me some questions, and told me that he could be out here the next day. His crew was here before 11:00AM, stayed maybe a little over an hour or so and fixed the problem. They handed me a very reasonable bill for the work and then answered any questions I had about any future problems that might come up and what to do if they do occur and how to prevent problems from occurring.
