Purchased all our replacement windows here. A window went bad and we received a window replacement. We paid to have the old window picked up and 6 weeks later still NO pick up or call from them. I called Tom Dutro weeks ago and he said he physically could not pick it up. As of this date no contact from ANYONE! What kind of customer service is this?
