I can’t imagine a worse union to be involved with. We found out on May 16th our insurance was dropped on April 30th. My son had been to a specialist in this time frame and the only way they would pay for the doctors appointment was if we paid over $6,000. We had called several times asking about hours (required to maintain insurance) with no definite answer, everyone stated ‘we would be fine.’ We received no prior notification only the letter over 2 weeks after we lost insurance. Obviously after being laid off for 4 months paying the premium is impossible.
Horrible union to be a part of run while you can.
