Working with Bright Energy Solutions was a very easy and accommodating company to work with. In the middle of a remodel my contractor needed for me to ask Bright Electric if they could move our appointment from a late afternoon to a morning appointment. When I called, at first I was told they had no openings, but Darcie the company coordinator made a call and found a way to make it happen for us. Not may companies would have bothered themselves to rearrange their schedule to accommodate a customer. Efrain and his electrical contractors were on the job site on time, professional and did a fantastic job moving an exposed electrical box to a different location. The entire process with Efrain and Bright Energy Solutions could not have been better. Efrain explained to me everything I needed to know and consider while selecting a new panel and generator hookup. That made me feel confident about making a decision and more importantly, it was clear that he is someone that I could trust. Scheduling was simple with Darcie and then on installation day, they knocked it out the park. Efrain and his crew are true professionals that take pride in their craft and respected my home like it was their own. I think my home is actually more organized/clean than when they showed up. It is not customary for me to rate companies, however Bright Energy deserves 10 stats, not 5. Our circuit breaker for the washing machine kept tripping the day before our out of town family was arriving for Thanksgiving for 9 days along with little grandchildren. Efrain came out the same day only to give me the news that the. Circuit breaker was fine but the washing machine was broken. He not only didn’t charge me for the service call, but helped me later that day to deliver and install a washer that I went and purchased from Home Depot. Excellent, excellent service!
