Bright Marble & Granite

Hi for the people who dealing with Alex the owner of bright marble n granite.. He like to tell people that he will do a job give you the time and date and out of no where tell you he can’t do the job anymore after you gave him the money for the job and not to mention the day before the installing so if I was you I would find someone more trustworthy..

Potential customers have a right to be warned away!! On March 7th, my granite countertop was installed and the plumbing was not complete in my unaccomplished poorly remodeled kitchen by Top Shelf Painting & Home Improvement Specialists, in Macomb, Michigan. Alex made a verbal agreement that he would return and drill the holes to anchor in the dishwasher. After the plumbing was completed, dishwasher in place, I called Alex and explained the circumstances, he stated "who are you?? I never said that!!" and would not return to simply drill 2 holes!!

We use Alex at Bright Marble and Granite religiously. We probably have done 15 projects or more with him, and are always pleased with the work, prices, and promptness of service.

Upon walking in we were not even greeted properly, felt disturbing the man. He did not get up when we asked few questions and when we asked what we were looking for we said lighter grey granite he said it does not exist. Very limited supply and very rude.
