I just had my roof replaced by Bright View Exteriors. I didn't have to lift a finger in order for my insurance to cover the damages. Germame came to my door and sold me on why they were the best company to get the claim approved and to effectively complete the job. He promised me that they would only do the work if my insurance approved the repairs, which they did. He did all of the legwork on getting the claim approved. Germame also gave my parents and me some very sound advice while choosing which color and type of shingles to use. I went with a black (after originally wanting a gray) and I do not regret my decision at all. Germame said that the gray I wanted would look almost white on the roof, and showed me photos to prove it. The installation process was very easy too. Jerson helped

What a great experience from start to finish. It all started when the painters we contracted found what appeared to be a leak in the ceiling. We called the warranty company and they sent out Bright Exteriors to evaluate the leak. The warranty company would not fix it but the team lead by Jerson Ayala at Bright Exteriors walked us through the process to get a whole new roof from the insurance company. With in a week Jerson Ayala had the team out here putting on a new roof lead by Fernando Castro. The install went flawlessly: Fernando was on site answered all our questions and walked us through the install taking pictures for us and getting reports from his guys on the roof. They found the leak, replaced the boards and completed the roof in a timely manner. The team cleaned the area up
