2025: Just spoke to them, and they no longer do anything retail. They want to see a local county license to let you in the door.

The people here are truly amazing. Their expertise and customer service are the best that I have experienced. I was doing a DIY plumbing project. I needed some parts (one of which was an old shower faucet handle). I sent them photos. Some are old parts and they found me an alternative solution. They had to look through a several hundred page book of plumbing parts (an inch or so thick) to find the part that can work for me. I was skeptical but I took it back to my place and it fit like a glove exactly as he told me. Wow. As a comparison here, I called and emailed Ferguson's and never heard back. Great customer service and professionalism. I originally went to another plumbing supply store and they didn’t have what I needed and instead recommended me to come here without hesitation. I called first and spoke to Chris. Great guy and very helpful. I arrived a short time later and Chris was busy helping another customer so Ed helped me. Very very helpful and explained all of the parts I was buying and what I might need of this didn’t work. I am impressed with everything. Great place and great employees. Thank you.

Called into Ferguson for a part for my 20 year old Kohler Toilet, they didn't have it in stock, but referred me to these wonderful people. Not only did T M O'Donnell Co have it in stock, but they incredibly welcoming and helpful. I couldn't believe the honest pricing too. This is now my favourite location for plumbing parts when time permits. Really wonderful all around that the companies all work as a team!
