Mr Yves was the technician that came out to repair a leak in my coat closet. Today was the day after the storm. The street was very icy and he had to park away from the house. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Being of the older generation, I was a little unnerved. However, he took the time to explain the process, informed me of what he found and cost for the repair. He took little time to complete the work and I am a very satisfied customer.
