Do not be fooled by the pretty website and the smiling faces. Brillo “completed” a first floor remodel in our home from November 2023-late March 2024. There were so many red flags thru the design process, and now design issues are glaring in functionality issues. The workmanship and finish work is poor. We had to threaten to withhold final payment to get them to come back and do a final walk through. When they finally did they ignored many things we pointed out as soon as they got their payment. There were many issues left unfinished to which we provided pictures, documentation, and inspection reports and they denied all accountability. “It’s good enough.” Is their attitude even though the issues were very clear and apparent. Just had my second project completed. Super happy with the work. First was a bathroom remodel of our 150 farmhouse, and the second was a set of exterior stairs behind our garage. Both turned out great. They have a dedicated staff that will take you from proposal, to demo, construction, and inspection. What I especially like about this team is that, like with every project, there will be issues that arise. They make it easy to discuss the issues and come to a solution that always puts the customer first. These people are in it for the long haul, and are not just interested in the project, but in the longer term relationship. They have office staff, designers, and a crew of professionals. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
