Brister-Stephens has service my home HVAC systems for years, and they told me both furnaces had rusted through. I researched alternatives for replacing them, and came back to Brister-Stephens as my best option. I'm glad I did - they did an incredible job. Their quote was among the lowest I received, and their work was superb. They had to replace and rebuild a number of components for the installation, all of which they did exceptionally well. This morning, December 31, 2024, while driving my child to school, I had an extremely concerning encounter with one of your company vehicles (#92). Around 7:30–8:00 AM, the driver of this vehicle was driving in such a reckless and dangerous manner that it endangered not only my life and my child’s life but also the lives of others on the road. The actions of this driver were completely unacceptable and could have easily resulted in a serious accident or even the loss of someone’s life. I am appalled at the lack of responsibility shown by someone representing your company and operating a company vehicle. I have been doing business with Brister-Stephens for over 10 years. My house was a rental for a few years and I had a home warranty so I have had plenty experience with other companies over the years. For the most part it is extremely hard to find a good AC/Heat company and because I was living in another state I was often a victim some shady folks. Our house has three units. The renters were responsible for minor repairs and service calls. The renter for some reason called another company. They walked in and wanted to replace everything (30k). They left without two of the units working. I call Jason Taylor at Brister and he had a tech over the next day and repaired with a quick fix just to get some AC in the house and then ordered parts to repair. 2500$ vs 30k. This is a week. We had a service person come out from Brister Stephens, he checked our heater and told us what was wrong. Also replaced a thermostat which was great. Well we were told that a part for the heater needed to be ordered and as soon as it was in, the tech would be back and fix the heater, this was Wednesday before thanksgiving. I waited all weekend and Monday, Nothing. I called on Tuesday, the lady that answered the phone said she could not find our work form. The person that handles that is out for the day, but she would look and give me a call back as to what is going on. Well this is the Wednesday a week later, after 2 calls and an expensive bill, we still have not heard a word. Our check cleared 3 days ago. Still nothing. I cannot and will pass along this busine
