Britt’s was wonderful once again! We had to replace our carpet in one small bedroom. They were quick and helpful and we got our installation done in an extremely timely fashion. The carpet has a nice thick pad underneath it so it feels fabulous!

From picking out and scheduling with Trip to actual installment was an easy process. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The crew was phenomenal. Floors look beautiful and my furniture was returned to its proper place.

Lisa Bayliss did a fabulous job of guiding me through an easy re-carpeting job, listening carefully about what I was intending to spend and why, and helping me select the perfect style and color. The set-up team was also excellent not only in laying the carpet and pad but also in putting the bed back together and re-arranging some furniture for me. And it was all done in a timely manner considering the winter weather conditions that back-logged everyone. I will use this location again.

Highly recommend!! Fantastic experience start to finish! Erin was wonderful from the time she greeted us until we finally decided and purchased our floors. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy at all! We went in on a Saturday to see what they had available after a lot of research and several referrals from a variety of sources. We are so glad we did! The quality for the price and the great service really won us over! We would definitely suggest checking them out for all your flooring needs! Thanks again, Erin! Installers were on time. courteous and helpful with question my wife and I had. They worked efficiently, cleaned up afterwards and made sure everything was back in place before thy left. I would recommend this company for any similar work someone would have.
