This is my second time using BRM for a new roof (hail damage both times). Both overall GREAT experiences! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! This time I also got new gutters, and had my house exterior painted and front door refinished using his sub (JAV Renovations). Troy, BRM Owner, served as project manager over every step start to finish. He coordinated dates and times for all work and personally ensured no detail of the work was overlooked as he was onsite every day for each step. Troy recommended additional vents of the latest technology to keep my attic cooler and add life to the roof, and upgraded the quality of our shingles. No issues on any inspections, the project moved swiftly, absolutely no trash/debris was left behind and the resulting roof is beautiful! I reached out to BRM based off an internet search for local contractors. I needed some soffit and trim work down on my house. Troy responded within 12 hours of my outreach. He came to for an estimate the next day. His estimate was very reasonable and well priced. I was in a bit of rush to get this work completed. His crew came out the day after the estimate and completed the job. He worked with my schedule and my needs to have the job completed as soon as possible. He sent me progress and finish photos for my records. His crew did a fantastic job. They cleaned the area they worked in very well.
