Not only did Andy address the part replacement issue I had with my swing gate but he went beyond and performed several extra maintenance tasks that further improved the gate performance and will prevent future issue. Furthermore, he took the time to explain the functions of the new device and programmed both the remotes and car. Everyone was pleasant. Scheduling was easy. And communication was good. All this at a very reasonable price.

Door Works responded quickly and installed new openers immediately restoring access to my garage. All inspections and needed repairs were done in one day. The tech was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous answering all my questions and thoroughly explaining everything. I had a great experience with Door Works. I recently backed into my garage door and bent the lower two panels. The damage was not repairable and the lower two panels had to be manufactured and then installed. The technicians were friendly, professional and the price was fair. I highly recommend - 5 Stars!
