Fantastic service and even better integrity. James Ketner knows the technical elements of this business, is a true professional, and keeps his word. Not only was his team professional and efficient with their work on the roof they also were terrific with my insurance company. Once the claim was approved they deployed a team of professionals that quickly removed the old damaged roof and replaced it with the new roof and then cleaned up and you couldn’t even tell they were here.
