Broad Street Parking

I was on a wait list for my apartment buildings parking garage and used Broad Street during the wait. When parking became available in my building three blocks away, I chose to stay as it was just better all around. Very easy to get in and out of and a great location. As an added bonus, the parking garage app used to open the door worked with CarPlay. Would recommend.

I would for sure rent from this garage again! Joey is great and super responsive. He prorate my last month and dropped the late fee even though I forgot to communicate with him. I would highly recommend!

This Parking garage is the best place I have had long term parking in Seattle. My highlights: The staff is friendly and accessible even on the weekends! They were able to quickly give me access and adjust pricing to the length of time I rented the parking space. The garage is clean and missing any typical Seattle garage stink. And most importantly to me this garage was extremely secure! A big thanks to Broad street parking for the wonderful experience parking there!
