I cannot thank Jean and the team at Broco Energy enough! I found myself in the middle of a massive snowstorm, running out of oil, and feeling completely hopeless. I called over 10 different companies that all advertise "after-hours" and "weekend emergency" services, but not a single one helped me or even called me back. Broco Energy is the only company that truly offers 24/7 emergency support. Jean was professional and responsive, and they actually showed up to deliver the oil when no one else would. While every other company ignored my calls during the storm, Broco lived up to their promise and kept my home warm. If you are in an emergency, don't waste your time calling anyone else. Ask for Jean—they are the only ones you can actually count on when the weather is at its worst!

I have scheduled a delivery and they charged me for it but due to not being shoveled out they wouldn't deliver. Ran out of oil while waiting. After informing them that I had heart surgery it made no difference. Spoke to Joshua who didn't seem to care just wanted to pass me to a manager.Since I was charged for the oil cant afford to call another company so I guess in my condition go buy 10 gallons of diesel and fill myself. GOT MUCH BETTER SERVICE AND RESPECT WHEN IT WAS A SMALL BUSINESS CALLED RONNIE'S. WHO MY WIFE'S FAMILY HAD USED FOR YEARS AND THEY REPLACED TWO FURNACES FOR THEM.

We were in a bind when our oil tank dropped to about 1/8 due to delivery delays with our existing oil company. We are thankful to Jay, Ed, Sandra, and Jeanne who went above and beyond coordinating after hours to get a driver out first thing the next morning. We have never experienced such prompt and attentive service on such short notice, especially with New Year’s approaching. From my first call the evening before to delivery the very next morning (New Year’s Eve, less than 15 hours later), which was incredible! What makes this even better is that we weren’t even existing customers. Jay and his team showed genuine care, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable company that truly puts their customers first.

Highly recommend Broco for Oil + Service. I have specifically had an excellent experience with Tom, who is a trustworthy, knowledgeable member of the staff.

2nd time a tech didn’t show for appointment, 2nd time I left work early for appointment. Called the company and customer service “manager” didn’t seem too concerned…they said they called to reschedule, they didn’t… so much for being a loyal customer.
