Brodeur's Oil Service, Inc.

Unfortunately, I felt compelled to share my latest experience with Brodeur's Oil. I was without heat one morning so I checked my furnace and found it to be not working and surrounded by a puddle of water. I called Brodeur's as they have provided me with oil and serviced my furnace in the past. I also used them annually or so in order to do annual check-ups/maintenance on my unit. It is important to note that I also had Brodeur's install my latest boiler about six years ago which cost me over $6,000. When I explained my boiler situation to the representative answering the phone, I was told that because I was not a 'regular customer' they would not be able to help me unless there was a cancellation. I recently experienced a furnace failure. Brodeur's emergency response time on that Friday afternoon was extremely quick. The diagnosis was to replace the existing unit. The new furnace was ordered and installed very quickly. Steve and his entire team were extremely professional during the entire process. I strongly recommend Brodeur for all of your heating needs.

Brodeur's Oil quickly identified two serious issues with my furnace during the recent cold spell. The problems were immediately identified and rectified at a very reasonable cost. Also, it was a pleasure dealing with their customer service people. I highly recommend them.

I've been a customer of Brodeur's Oil/ Hop Energy for 8 years. I'll never ever do business with them again after a mistake they made with my credit card. They have an archaic system and no one could tell me what happened. After trying to sort it out for over a month and being bounced back and forth - being told several different stories, they sent me to collections for an error they made on my account. I do NOT recommend.

I have been a customer with Brouder’s Oil since 1998…as the previous homeowner raved about their service. They have been extremely responsive to my calls including, but not limited to, prioritizing same-day service (beyond regular business hours) for urgent calls, needing an oil delivery sooner than I had planned, and problem-solving and/or repairs. Trustworthy, friendly, highly recommended.
