Broken Branch Tree Removal

After waiting for a tree service to come for literal months, we were set with another company who, the day of the tree cutting canceled so my husband called Broken Branch. They came hours later for a quote. They came within three weeks, did the job for over $1k less than my lowest bid and they actually did more than the other companies I was set up with. I wish we found them first. The crew did a fantastic job, respected our property, and even closed our back gate when they left (which doesnt sound like a big deal but they had to wrap it with chains to close it and I appreciate the effort so I didnt have to trudge through in the snow). Fred and his team were absolutely excellent from start to finish! The team was friendly and professional! Fred himself was great, so personable and respectful! What really earned our respect was how much care they took to our property. During the estimation, he asked where our septic system/leech field was and explained how they’d protect the ground to avoid any damage. When it came time to remove the trees, they even covered our windows to shield the house from any falling branches or debris! When they were done, they cleaned up everything and then some. Fred and his crew did a great job trimming and removing numerous large trees and dead limbs on my lot. They removed all the trees and limbs and completely cleaned up the site. Professional service at a very fair price. Highly recommend.

I am so pleased with the tree work Broken Branch did on my property yesterday. From the efficiency of Lacey (& Heather) at the office to Fred with his crew arriving nice & early, I couldn't have been led to a nicer company of people. An excellent company with a professional, skilled and talented people. The owner walked the property with me, made suggestions and then the team went to work. Everything we had discussed was done in a professional manner and the team was a wonderful group of skilled people who never wasted time. I would absolutely use this business again.
