We first stopped in at their store and met with Bob. He was super helpful in guiding us toward product that would work for our home. He also let us take samples home, checked with manufacturers on specs for product we were interested in. Eventually we landed on the product we wanted, Joe came out and measured and provided a concise proposal. Once they knew lead time they provided a start date, and the installers showed up exactly on time, and they finished the work in the exact time they told us. The install crew was very meticulous and patient, clean, hauled off all debris, and they listen to awesome rock music! The flooring looks amazing, and the crew did a fantastic job.
