After delivering our oil, their emploee heard me remarking I couldn't get the furnace to come back on. He went into the basement and showed me how to bleed the line to get furnace back up and running. Was wonderfully helpful.

We had been using midnight oil since we moved into our house back in 2020, but we have since switched oil suppliers. At first, they were great, but after a while the service got progressively worse. The past year or so has been the worst... whenever we called, we would never reach anyone. The phone would ring and no one would pick up, or the line would just have a busy signal. It took about ten tries of calling to get anyone on the phone. There was also one time when we needed an emergency delivery of fuel because it had been so cold outside, but the soonest they could get to us was another week out. Went to try and find the website for Midnight oil and read some of these reviews. Its very unfortunate to see so many rude, ungrateful customers. My husband and I bought our home almost 3 years ago. The women we bought our home from left their name and number, as she had been using Midnight Oil for years. We knew if she had been using them, then they know the property well and would take care of us! And they proved me right!! When we called to schedule our first delivery, the clerk was extremely nice and understanding when we told her we were first time home owners. She laid the rules down from the very beginning. Will be switching oil companies. Nancy is rude very unpleasant and should not be answering the phone for this company. Ive received overall great service besides having to deal with her. She couldn’t give me an exact day or time when i should be expecting my delivery and when i called this morning to confirm my delivery & to attempt for payment she rushed me off the phone and hung up on me. The drivers are awesome and very respectful i have never had any issues with them. She had the audacity to attempt to belittle me over the phone regarding payment when i tried to pay this morning BEFORE they arrived had she not rushed me off the phone and hung up while i was still talking the payment would've been done prior to receiving oil. We've been doing business with Midnight Oil since we moved in to our current house (5 years). I called to set up a HEAP delivery on Monday as we didnt have enough fuel to get us to next week. Tanya set me up for Thursday and explained the process since they had not heard from HEAP yet. Tuesday I ran to the hardware store to grab a bottle of additive as my tank is outside. When I got home their truck was pulling out of my driveway. They must have heard from HEAP because they filled the tank 2 days earlier than expected. Their prices are the best, Nancy, Tanya and their drivers are always great! The customer service is Exemplary!!
