Brooklyn Kitchen, Tile and Design

Can’t begin to say how much we love our new kitchen. The entire team at this shop is fantastic. We started working with one of the gentleman named Luigi when they had the location in Brooklyn. Luckily, mid project, they opened a showroom here in Franklin square which is only a 5 min drive from us!!!! Luigi was great- worked with me and my wife to design our kitchen. He was full of ideas and knew exactly what we had in mind right off the bat. We gave him our color scheme and he knew exactly what direction to guide us in and which tiles we should be looking at. The showroom is upscale and beautiful- def worth stopping by and taking a look- I would recommend it. If and when we move again, this will def be our go to place.

Carlo, you’ve done it again. I’m not a trusting person because I’ve been burnt too many times, but once again Carlo, Luigi and Ivette made a stressful project stress free for my parents, which in turn was stress free for me! Thanks again guys for your patience, guidance, and flexibility.

We ordered a worktop from them given all the 5-star reviews and honestly wish we hadn’t. They outsource their worktops to third parties and the installers were incredibly difficult to work with. They messed up the measurements on our design, gave us a piece that was not the specified depth in our order. Then they came in to install the piece without telling us the timing, literally came to the house while our contractors were there without even giving us a heads up and left without getting the work signed off. Who does that? I was shocked. They ended up installing the piece wrongly and it’s been a huge pain trying to get this rectified. We asked for a refund for the piece that was installed incorrectly and it’s been like pulling teeth. Their communication is terrible, don’t expect them

Carlo, Ivette and Luigi made sure all our needs were taken care of and offered their expert advice on our project. Don’t be fooled by the modest size of their Rockaway Blvd. storefront location. Inside they have an enormous selection of tile, stone and quartz and just as importantly years of experience with raw materials and design innovations to offer to their customers. Thank you Brooklyn Tile and Design for the great work on the custom quartz counters for this Brooklyn kitchen renovation. We are thrilled with the outcome!

I have worked with Brooklyn Tile & Design on quite a few projects and I have never been disappointed. Carlo and his team are fantastic. Their customer service is amazing, they are creative, and they have great products & knowledge. HIGHLY recommend them!!
