We are very happy with our renovation done by Tarr. We did a full kitchen, bathroom and mudroom renovation. Tarr finished the job ahead of schedule which was wonderful. Our project manager Erik made a big difference. He listened to all of our feedback, kept us up to date and helped move the project along. We were very impressed with Erik’s project management on this job.

We completed a major renovation over the summer and couldn’t be happier. Tarr delivered excellent quality throughout. With only inspiration photos and rough sketches, they brought our built-ins to life in the office, TV area, and mudroom—and offered smart recommendations that improved the end result (especially trim and finishing details). They stayed on schedule and finished on time. We also really appreciated their vendor partnerships for things like kitchen counters, plumbing, and appliances—everyone was local, and easy to work with. Erik, our project manager, was outstanding: clear communicator, responsive, and proactive whenever anything came up. Highly recommend.

We are thrilled with our gorgeous bathroom and need to thank Howie, TARR office staff and ALL his crew for their efforts working together as a team! Everyone was courteous and daily cleanups were spot on. Special thanks to the project managers Erik & Rob for taking away some of the stress! So appreciated you guys… What was once our vision is now a reality and we could not be happier. It was a pleasure having Tarr Home Improvements in our home!

After much research and deliberation, we selected Tarr’s Home Improvement to do a face lift on a recently purchased home. We could not be happier with our decision. Their work is top quality, they are true to their word, and are a pleasure to work with. All members of the team, from Howie (owner) to Jennifer and Bridget (office managers), are dedicated to their craft and care about their clients. They are problem solvers and seamlessly dealt with unexpected obstacles. Erik (project manager) went above and beyond expectations to ensure our project was a success. We are so happy to have worked with Tarr’s and recommend them without reservation.

We have done two extensive home renovations with Tarr's Home Improvement (Kitchen and DR full gut remodel, and a 700 sqft master bedroom, bathroom, and closet addition). We were very satisfied with the quality of work, overall experience, organization, value, and honestly of the team. Tarr's kept the projects on time, within budget, and always communicated clearly every step of the way. They are also great about making recommendations based on their experiences helping make decisions along the way. Ultimately the finished product(s) came out beautiful and we are very happy! We highly recommend Tarr's and will absolutely be using them again in the future.
