My experience with Franklin Kitchen and bath, but specifically with Bob and Sue, has been overwhelmingly positive. Bob helped us design our kitchen efficiently and to its maximum capacity. He paid great attention to detail and took into consideration all our requests, likes and dislikes. There were a few hiccups while cutting and sizing the counter tops but Bob and sue always stood by their work and fixed any issues quickly and smoothly which is the most important thing in business. There was always an open line of communication. We also did our shower door glass with them which was easy, smooth and executed beautifully. We are so happy and will absolutely be returning customers.

It has been about a year since we have had our kitchen and it looks brand new and most importantly it is durable.
