Ron installed a new AC system 8/9/2023. His work was pathetic, sloppy, incompetent & left dangerous fire hazards. My system never blew as cold as it should have. Ron insisted there were no leaks. During my first service 3/2025, I was alerted to numerous problems all caused by careless installation. I then had a 2nd company come out. They noted the same problems. Freon was low due to leak at solder pipe, whip was not up to code, wiring was not secured right creating another fire hazards, he left big open holes in the floor causing the inside system to suck up dirt. When I talked to him & his wife they lied repeatedly. Insisted the other company was just lying etc. Renee (wife, original owner) even said she'd never heard of them installing a whip. I called this company to get help with my gas fireplace insert. The lady who answered the phone was rude to start off with. She just couldn't fathom why I was calling them asking for a professional opinion on the kind of insert I needed for my house. So I repeated myself again after she told me she did not understand what I was asking. The gentlemen in the background heard my question and told her to have me text pictures of the fireplace. So I did that and even though there is a gas line/hookup there I was told this area was for a space heater. I asked once more if he was sure this was for a space heater being that there is a working gas line there. He responds with, "Not something we do but thanks for asking."
