From the very first call to Brooks Pest Control, the whole experience was smooth and easy. The office staff was friendly, got me scheduled quickly, and answered all my questions without making me feel overwhelmed. Jacob was the tech that came out. He showed up on time, was super friendly, and really knew what he was doing. He explained everything in a way that made sense and didn’t rush through anything. What really stood out to me is how thorough he was. For someone so young, he works with the professionalism and care of someone who’s been doing this for years. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend!

Erick, the ONE & ONLY Tech we’ve had in the past 20 months that was GREAT! Been paying this company for 20 months hasn’t helped & or cared about our Situation! I believe if had been helping us over the past year our situation would’ve been rectified!! Other than him, I would not recommend this company they lock you in for a year. Don’t do anything they make you pay a penalty if you wanna! That’s probably why their technicians don’t last very long six months to a year max

Winkie was professional, patient, and incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. He clearly explained the plan of action and walked us through the work being done, which helped us feel informed and reassured during a very stressful time. What stood out most was how calm and respectful he was with my dad, who tends to be skeptical and ask a lot of questions. Winkie handled everything with patience and confidence, which immediately put him at ease and prevented the situation from feeling tense or overwhelming. He truly made a difficult and emotional situation feel manageable for our family. We’re very grateful for his professionalism and the way he went above and beyond to make us feel supported.

Nick came out he was extremely professional he explained everything and answered all of my questions. He was super patient while I put my dog in the garage and finally he is very thorough and works quickly! 100% recommend

Winkie is by far the best tech from Brooks since I signed up for service 5 months ago due to a rodent issue. Had numerous techs out and no one was as thorough. He went into a crawl space that none of the others bothered. He checked behind appliances and clutter areas. He changed to different bait. His actions today showed care and made me feel like the money I spent was not wasted.
