Poor Workmanship. Convinced us into replacing our metal roof with a different style metal roof that they say they are becoming a dealer for. They had to reattach part of the gutters to the house where the workers had detached them from the house. Now that we have had rain since then, we have water coming between the gutters and the house all the way around. I can see a gap on one end of the house between the gutters. They say it was not their fault, but it clearly is. They tried to tell me I need gutters but never told there would be any difference when they sold me the different roofing. Clearly poor workmanship. Not reputable. Told me to hire a gutter company and turn it into my insurance, even though I had no problem before. I am going to have to hire someone else to repair the problems

This summer we had Brad replace our roof and gutters for us after some storm damage. His crew was fast, courteous, budget friendly, and did an excellent job on our house. Brad is very professional and a pleasure to work with. When he asked about gutters, I just said replace them. He recommended we go with black gutters and downspouts for the look. I was hesitant at first, but we love the way the house looks with the black. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family. Will definitely call Brooks Roofing for any other roofing needs we may have in the future.

Brad and his team were very professional and efficient. Once we received our information from the insurance company, the materials were delivered and two days later all the work was completed. We will definitely use Brooks roofing in the future.

I first contacted Brooks Roofing in March 2025, signed an agreement on May 29, and the roof was completed on July 2, approximately 3.5 months from my initial contact to the roof being finished. While the roof itself was eventually completed, the gutters and downspouts remain unfinished months later. Communication throughout this process has been inconsistent, and I was informed directly that the remaining work would not be completed because of a review I posted.
