Southern Indiana Electrical & HVAC

We had a fan issue with our furnace. Sent in a service request after 9:00pm, and got phone call first thing in morning. Doug and co-worker arrived with 20 minutes. Problem solved and repaired, along with fall preventative maintenance - all within the hour. Great team!

We used Southern Indiana for both electrical and HVAC in our new construction build. Quick turnaround time on a reasonable estimate. Prior to starting the job, Alex met with us to make sure everyone was on the same page about everything. He was very helpful when we had questions and knowledgeable about codes that helped save us time and money. The guys that came out to do the job were very friendly and did an amazing job. We are pleased with the work that they did for us and will definitely continue to use them again in the future.

The only reason I’m giving a low rating. We had a guy come out Tuesday, it’s Friday now. We never got an estimate back. Ended up going with another company. Ours was an emergency, so we couldn’t wait. I’m sure they do fine work just could be alittle more timely in estimates. Thanks.

This company has worked on my house numerous times for various things (wired my entire workshop, installed a mini split, etc). I'm a young female and I never feel like I'm getting ripped off. They always do quality work at a great price and are super helpful and friendly. They're the only place I go for electrical work. I would definitely recommend them!

I called to setup a quote and the tech was out within 48 hours (03/28). Called Monday and left a message that Monday to move forward with the estimate but a week later still no call back, so called and left a message again, a week later no response once again. Finally heard back on the third week to schedule and was told they would call back by the end of week with a date, no call back. Called again to follow up and was told they are very busy (which I understand 100%) and that they would call back with the date, once again no call back. Called today and the lady I spoke with advised me multiple times it’s not her job to schedule and that I need to speak with the tech and that I’m on a list of 30 other people needing service. Was not shown any empathy or understanding for my frustration an
