Carl and Xavier pumped and cleaned our 5 1/2-year-old septic tank this morning. They were punctual and communicated flawlessly, both were highly knowledgeable, and very respectful. They were able to answer all my questions and provided me with maintenance tips and design details as to our specific system. They both did an exceptional job, and we would HIGHLY recommend Brooks Septic & Plumbing. From scheduling to the completion of the maintenance service, the entire evolution was seamless and professional. It is rare to find a company that combines such technical expertise with top-tier customer service from the office to the field. Called Brooks Septic & Plumbing to request pump out and troubleshoot my Septic system. After waiting one day, Xavier had handled the entire job and had it back on line. Xavier located and removed a grease clog and alleviated another clog from "flushable wipes". After a thorough pump and tank cleaning he replaced the lids and raked the ground back smooth again. Very professional service in a timely fashion. Thank you Xavier and Brooks Septic for a great job. I will not hesitate to call them again for any future needs and recommend them for anyone else requiring this service.

Randall and his crew were excellent and professional to work with. I’ve had Randall out on my property multiple times helping me with new drain field installs, and he’s done a great job each and every time. I had an unexpected septic/plumbing issue arise which left my family up you know what’s creek without a paddle 😆. I reached out to several companies with no reply or very poor customer service. After feeling overwhelmed and frustrated a friend told me to reach out to Brooks Septic. I am so thankful I did. Ashton was who I first spoke with and she was amazing, beyond kind and understanding of my situation. She got help out to me asap. Carl and Xavier showed up to my house and though there to handle a less-than-fun situation both had smiles on their faces and got right to work to find the issue. Their kindness and professionalism were greatly appreciated as they fixed my issue quickly and had us back up and functioning in no time. They let me know exactly what the issue was and what they did

I was in the process of buying a house and needed the septic/drain field inspected and pumped out. B3 and Xavier (Brooks employees) called me to confirm the appointment time, showed up about 5 minutes early and went through the entire process, answering every question I had. They provided suggestions regarding future maintenance (as I have never had a house with a septic system) and had a professional attitude, along with a great sense of humor. Its not the most glorious business to be in, but both B3 and Xavier are truly impressive employees.
