Broom-Hilda's Cleaning Services

I scheduled a 2-hour cleaning with Broom Hilda’s. I was told the crew would arrive between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m., but they didn’t show up until 4:45 p.m. I walked them to the room that needed cleaning, and they got upset because it wasn’t empty. I explained that I needed them to move the items and clean the space — that’s why I was paying $100 an hour. These two women called their boss, argued with her on the phone for about 10 minutes, and then finally started the job. However, instead of moving things themselves, they kept asking me to move a broom, a box, or other small items because they said “we only clean, we don’t move stuff". As a result, I had to spend time helping and watching over them. After one hour, I told them that was enough and I didn’t need the second hour. In my view, the

I used to use them a while back and the rate charged was 35 a hour and now it’s 100 a hour that is outrageous for cleaning a house not affordable and not reasonable no a days not in this economy
