The carpet cleaners were knowledgeable and efficient. They pre-treated problem areas and explained what results to expect. Some high-traffic spots still show light wear, but they look much better now. Cleanup was thorough. I’m happy with the service.

The rep from Carpets Care Y & L was really nice and professional the whole time. He cleaned 3 rooms, hallway, and our stairway in 1:15. They also used green products so it's pet and kid-friendly. We will definitely use this company again.
