All the employees here are so friendly and helpful. I enjoy giving my business to them because they are a smaller hardware store and very conveniently located for me. I usually have to come back because I mess something up but that's my fault and they are always helpful when I come back as well.

Every time I go in or pick up curbside, every single employee is always so friendly? It's like they actually enjoy working there, so the managers must be doing a pretty good job lol! The store is always clean and laid out nicely. Also if you can't find something, there are always employees stopping by to ask if you need help. Only con is the small store limits selection compared to a big-box store, but you can order things online and have them shipped to the store for no extra fee so that makes up for it. It's always super convenient for me to stop in and grab what I need. Good loyalty program too!

I used to love frequenting this place until recently, when I had to buy a thermostat. After I told the employee what kind of HVAC unit I had and asking which thermostat I needed, he gave me one and assured me it was the one I needed. In fact, it was the wrong thermostat for the unit I have. While it's understandable why thermostats can't be returned, I was sold the wrong unit by someone who should have known what they were talking about and when I spoke to a manager, he essentially said, "Sucks to be you." Truly a shame, as I used to love coming to this store.

Super friendly and helpful folks. I needed a starting capacitor for my 3-hp single-phase dust collector. The staff knew exactly where to look and made sure I walked out with a replacement that was better than the original. I won't hesitate to use this Ace anytime I need something like this or adjacent.

The people that work here are friendly and know right where to send you when you walk in. I like supporting this small business over the big chain (Home Depot) it’s small and they usually have everything I need. Close to my dad’s house too so very convenient when I need something for him in a hurry.
