Who writes reviews ?? - usually there are 2 types who does. 1) One who has something to complain and wants to have their voice heard. 2) the other who thinks that the business went above and beyond to deliver. Above and beyond - I don’t use these words lightly. Brother and Brother deserves every letter. We did our research but nothing can beat the word of mouth and personal reference from strangers, and there were a lot of them. Reem met with me within a day of my inquiry and was happy to take on my project even though it was a smaller remodel, a kitchen and primary bath. From the very beginning, communication was outstanding. Reem never missed a phone call or text and often responded within minutes. After getting a few quotes for remodeling two bathrooms, we decided to go with Brother & Brother. Reem came out to do the estimate himself. Reem gave us good big picture recommendations, including helping us to determine an indoor location for our washer and dryer. Brother & Brother will give you a fair quote, doesn't nickel and dime you, and has good follow through. Our designer was Nicole. She is super talented, did beautiful and realistic renderings for us, and went with us to pick out tile, plumbing fixtures, and some cabinetry. We feel super lucky to have had Julio as our foreman/primary contact, as well as his helper Renee. Julio did much of the work himself, with Renee's help.
