My wife and I are thrilled with the outcome of a complete kitchen remodel (new flooring, cabinets, counters, and backsplash, and we even took out a wall). The team at Brothers Services kept us fully informed every step of the way. The only surprise we experienced is that the kitchen turned out better than we could have hoped for. We want to give a special ‘shout-out’ to Mark, the lead carpenter on the job. Every single thing he did demonstrated an absolute commitment to excellence and customer service. Thank you, Mark and Brothers Services, for a job exceptionally well done.

It is not appreciated to receive daily cold calls, with voicemails asking for business! Completely unprofessional and I inquired a project with them last year, but it was out of my price range with the insurance company and they just needed the estimate which I stated to the company. They even had me come in for the invoice and the lady was shocked that she forgot. Having me drive 30 minutes each way for no reason, when we could have done it over email.

Setup a consultation with them and they never showed up and didn't bother calling either. Only call them if you want to waste your time.

Kudos to Brothers Services for having such professional & personable employees! We met with Danielle & Kayla in the showroom & worked with them selecting all of our tile, hardware, etc, without pressure but with the help we asked for. They worked well together, putting together a terrific plan for our bathroom remodel. After 3 1/2 hours, we were so impressed & satisfied with the deal offered ( 1 yr same as cash), that we signed the contract!

I can’t say enough about Brother’s Services Company. I had Brother’s refresh two bathroom’s in my house and wouldn’t trust any other company. Their service is outstanding throughout the entire process and it was a wonderful experience on every level. From Erin Fischer, my bathroom consultant to Ricky, the Field Quality Manager to Josh the Lead Carpenter to Tony, it was truly an enjoyable experience. Everyone was extremely efficient, courteous and respectful of me and my home. Erin did a superior job, truly cared about what I needed, and went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything to make the right decisions about my upgrades.
