First-rate service. It’s rare to find a service professional as courteous and attentive to detail as Tom. He provided a clear explanation of the work that was needed along with transparent pricing. We had Tom from Brown Chimney work on our Chimney in Framingham last week and he was great! Punctual, friendly and fast service, we got a crack in our fireplace repaired, the chimney swept clean and the top of our chimney replaced! Highly recommend the professional service.

They are incredibly unprofessional and didn’t show twice after two scheduled appointments after first scheduling a week in advance. We just needed a chimney inspection and we are now moving on to someone else. My neighbors and I have been looking for chimney help but Brown chimney will not be who we will be using. Joe did an incredible job installing new stone and shoring up our old, sagging hearth. He was very professional and knowledgeable and really cared about making everything look beautiful. Would definitely hire again.
