Kyle Faber and his team were terrific to work with from the moment we stepped into Faber Rugs through to the final day of installation. Kyle's deep knowledge was immediately apparent as we had a specific producer (Roger Oates) in mind for our new stair runner. Kyle walked us through options and considerations, was conscientious in sharing options at multiple price points, and placed an order for the runner to be woven that day. Later, he worked with us to recommend, source, and select rods which fit the Roger Oates design perfectly. When it came to installation, Carlos and Billy were both superstars (including immediately endearing themselves to our collie dog, who was very interested in their work), very kind, and very efficient.
