Could not recommend Wellesley Heating and Plumbing more! Just had a whole system HVAC replaced and they helped every step of the way with choosing which system to go with, helping to navigate the MA Saves program (special thank you to Katie in the office for all the help on this), and then installing and educating us on everything. Chris who installed the system really did an incredible job from start to finish and was very thorough. Great company and great people!

We have used Wellesley Plumbing for over 40 yrs. They are fantastic. The owner, the technicians and Katie (who does it all) are service oriented, fair in pricing, "owners" of their work, and excellent at what they do.

Good customer service starts from the first phone call and Katie is a rockstar. From the first conversation she worked at getting the best pricing possible and soonest date for me. Her responses were on time and courteous, and it readily became obvious to me that I would go with Wellesley heating and plumbing given my experience with her. When the technicians came out, they were courteous and efficient and got the job done, right. I can’t speak highly enough about Wellesley plumbing.
